How has Covid changed the service you offer?

Later this month FTAdviser will be holding the 31st edition of the Financial Adviser Service Awards, assessing the best (and worst) financial services providers over the past 12 months.

The awards, which will be held November 18, judge the services provided to advisers.

But we're also interested in views on how advisers' own service has changed during the pandemic - and how standards might shift in future.

For example, are clients now insisting on a return to face-to-face meetings or is the "new normal" here to stay?

The pandemic has led to many changes in business practices across the UK, but there remain barriers preventing advisers from offering a fully digital service. We're keen to find out which ones are the biggest blockages:

Finally, how big would the effect of a fully remote advice service be on advisers' bottom lines?

We'll report back on the results of these polls later this month.
