Independent financial adviser Bradbury Hamilton has acquired Hampshire-based Wealth Management’s client bank and a section of Surrey-based Thomas Hall Partnership.

Wealth Management, headed up by financial adviser Simon Vize, has 50 active clients and approximately £8m funds under influence.

Thomas Hall Partnership, headed up by financial adviser Dudley Hall, has 70 clients with approximately £5m funds under influence. Both have joined London-based Bradbury Hamilton as introducers to the company.

Sheriar Bradbury, managing director at Bradbury Hamilton, said: “Simon and Dudley bring capability, experience and knowledge with them and suit the Bradbury Hamilton model perfectly.”

Bradbury Hamilton acquired two client banks earlier in the year; Ford Reynolds and Associates Ltd. and Ian Jones and Associates Ltd.

Mr Bradbury added: “The regulatory changes in the form of the RDR at the start of the year have been instrumental in providing acquisition opportunities for us and we look forward to welcoming new clients on board.”

Founded 20 years ago, Bradbury Hamilton has acquired over 40 client banks and will look to continue on the acquisition trail going forwards.
