Schroders is set to rebrand and rename the Cazenove Capital funds it took on last year on March 24.
In addition to the rebrand across the board several names are being adjusted to distinguish the new funds from existing Schroders products, as the company nears the end of its integration of the Cazenove boutique.
It emerged yesterday that Marcus Brookes’s multi-manager funds are to be rebranded in March, with four products being merged away as part of the changes.
Now Schroders has announced that other funds, including top-performing UK equity products run by Julie Dean, Paul Marriage and Matt Hudson, are to be renamed as Schroders funds.
Mr Marriage’s Cazenove UK Smaller Companies fund, which was soft-closed last year, will become the Schroder UK Dynamic Smaller Companies fund to differentiate it from Andy Brough and Rosemary Banyard’s existing Schroder UK Smaller Companies fund.
The Cazenove UK Equity Income fund, run by Mr Hudson, will be renamed as the Schroder UK Alpha Income fund to set it apart from Nick Kirrage and Kevin Murphy’s Schroder Income fund.
David Docherty’s £369.7m Cazenove UK Growth & Income fund will become the Schroder Core UK Equity fund.
