The Consulting Consortium has rolled out a new compliance support service for the intermediary market, called TCC Intermediary.
TCC Intermediary offers compliance support, tailored to the needs of individual clients, with the aim of minimising compliance risk and keeping them beyond reproach from the Financial Conduct Authority.
TCC Intermediary’s core service offers an initial health check to assess clients’ current arrangements against FCA expectations, followed by a “bespoke” compliance monitoring programme that is tailored to the areas clients need support.
The service also offers strategic input and practical assistance to firms through a wide range of ad-hoc compliance services including mis-selling reviews and Section 166 reports.
The consortium said TCC Intermediary has been developed in response to “growing demand for compliance support in the face of increasing regulatory scrutiny”.

The consortium acquired boutique intermediary support consultancy Swaines Limited in 2013, and it is Swaine’s founder who is heading up the new business.
