David Thomas is set to become the Personal Finance Society’s president for 2014/15, replacing David Ingram after his year-long tenure.
Mr Thomas has more than 30 years’ experience in financial services. He began his career with Lloyds Bank before joining Bradford & Bingley Building Society and setting up Chadney Bulgin IFA in 1993, which he continues to run.
Keith Richards, chief executive of the PFS, said: “I look forward to working closely with him over the coming year to continue the evolution of the society.”
