Fleet Mortgages, the new buy-to-let and specialist lender based in Fleet, Hampshire, has become a member of the Council of Mortgage Lenders.
Bob Young, chief executive of the lender, which is due to launch in mid-November, said it was important for Fleet to join the CML with immediate effect, and take a “full part” in the activities of the association.
Fleet Mortgages will lend exclusively through the intermediary sector, initially offering buy-to-let mortgages for residential landlords as well as limited companies and those seeking finance for houses in multiple occupation.
