Having been rebranded AIG Life Limited, Ageas Protect will now be used to promote the company’s life insurance protection business in the UK.
The deal was approved by the Financial Conduct Authority on 31 December 2014.
Darren Spriggs, managing director of AIG Life said: “We have completed the rebrand to AIG ahead of schedule. This marks the next stage in our development, and we are excited by the opportunities we have in the pipeline backed by the AIG name.”
