Strategically, this partnership is highly important for Foster Denovo.

“It has huge potential to grow our private client base in which we have made significant investment, and it adds a further corporate partner to our portfolio. This is an area we are keen to develop for the business.”

Optionis’ three businesses are Parasol, ClearSky Accounting and its SME business division ClearSky Business.

Robert White, managing director of ClearSky Business, said: “We know that many of our clients and employees value expert advice when it comes to making financial decisions.

“With the raft of changes being introduced in the world of pensions, such as the impending reduction in the lifetime allowance, this requirement has become ever more pressing.

“We selected Foster Denovo because of its excellent reputation and the fact it is able to provide a fully-managed and high quality client service.”
