Sandringham Financial Partners, the new national financial advice business backed by Ken Davy and SimplyBiz, has announced that up to 40 per cent of equity in the business will be available for Founding Partners.

Sandringham Financial Partners said that since the launch, it has focused on ensuring it offers partners “excellent value” for money and a level of support “that is not often found from other nationals and networks”.

Steve Braidford, managing director of Sandringham Financial Partners, said that through this equity offering to founding partners and its founding staff, the national IFA firm is ensuring that “we are all working towards creating a successful business”.

He said: “We have experience within our team of delivering significant equity value to staff and members and we are very happy to be able to offer equity to Sandringham Founding Partners.

“We are already waiving our partners’ professional indemnity insurance excess contributions as a demonstration of our commitment to the advice they are giving and now we are offering a stake in the business. We are committed to our founding partners and plan to continue building our offering to ensure our proposition is market leading.”
