BlackRock has added discounted clean fee share classes to four funds, to be sold through “selected distribution partners”.
Investment Adviser understands the funds will be part of Standard Life’s discounted share class range, which was announced this week.
The four funds are Nick Little’s £896m BlackRock UK fund, the £289m BlackRock Corporate Bond fund and the Balanced Income and Balanced Growth funds, which are run by Andy Warwick and Philip Brides.
Tony Stenning, head of UK retail at BlackRock, said: “Our recent research from the BlackRock Global Investor Pulse survey tells us that investors want greater transparency in charging structures when making their investment decisions and BlackRock is pleased to play a part in this key industry evolution.”
The pricing is as follows:
Fund | New ongoing charge (est.) | Current clean fee ongoing charge (D shares) |
BlackRock Balanced Growth | 0.85% | 0.99% |
BlackRock Balanced Income | 0.89% | 0.97% |
