Invesco Perpetual restructures sales team

Invesco Perpetual has revamped the structure of its sales team by creating a financial institutions group which will target discretionary and wealth managers as well as national and networked adviser groups.

The company said Jason Evans would lead the new group while Chris Lyes, head of regional sales, will lead a 30-strong team which will focus on advisers.

Mr Evans and Mr Lyes will work alongside Chris Donnelly, head of life companies and James Rawson, head of platform distribution.

Ian Trevers, head of UK retail at Invesco Perpetual, said: “These changes position Invesco Perpetual for continued success across a market landscape that is being reshaped by regulation and competition.”

The group is one of several which has recently restructured its sales team, including BNY Mellon

Elsewhere, Invesco has also hired to members into its UK retail sales team. Gavin Ward joins the company as sales manager, London wealth and family offices from Standard Life Investments and Tristan Murphy joins as regional sales manager, North West, from Threadneedle.
