City law firm Morrison & Foerster has launched a blog to help people through the financial services enforcement decisions.
The blog, called MoFo ReEnforcement, is dedicated to industry enforcement by the growing and competitive gauntlet of federal and state regulators. It is edited by David Fioccola and James McGuire, co-chairmen of MoFo’s financial services litigation group, along with partner James Bergin.
It will cover news and commentary on financial enforcement, including actions taken by federal regulators, such as the CFPB and OCC, as well as actions by state agencies, such as the New York Dept. of Financial Services and state attorneys general.
