iShares expands ETF range with two launches

BlackRock has launched two new exchange-traded funds (ETFs) investing in European corporate bonds and US equities.

The iShares Euro Corporate Bond BBB-BB Ucits ETF will only invest in bonds rated BBB or BB and BlackRock said it is the first ETF of its kind in Europe investing in that specific area of the bond market.

The iShares US Equity Buyback Achievers Ucits ETF will track a specially-constructed index of US stocks listed on the companies listed on either the Nasdaq or the New York Stock Exchange that have in place buyback programmes.

The US equity ETF will have a total expense ratio of 0.55 per cent and the corporate bond ETF has a total expense ratio of 0.25 per cent.
