Amongst many new rates announced this week, three lenders have cut price deals available at 95 per cent loan-to-value.

TSB launched a new range of fixed rate mortgages with up to 95 per cent LTV, becoming the only lender to offer a 10-year fix with a 5 per cent deposit and marking its first foray into the space.

The deals are available initially to customers applying directly - with the range due to be available through TSB Intermediary later in the year.
