Bellpenny makes two further acquisitions

Bellpenny has bought two IFA firms, taking its funds under management past £3bn.

One of these is the purchase of Caledonia Edinburgh which has funds under management of £46m and is Bellpenny’s fourth acquisition in Scotland.

The second acquisition is Rawson Steele IFA, a firm based in Warwickshire which has £38m of funds under management.

Bellpenny’s chief executive Kevin Ronaldson said: “We never underestimate what a big step it is to sell a business which has been years, often decades, in the building.

“That’s why it’s so rewarding for the Bellpenny team that IFA owners the length and breadth of the UK continue to entrust us with both their legacy and their clients’ futures.”

As part of the Caledonia Edinburgh deal, existing adviser Lynn Healy will transfer to Bellpenny.
