Just Mortgages launches client servicing division

Just Mortgages has launched a new client servicing division, which will be run by Jessica Broome, business support manager, from its head office in Colchester.

Qualified advisers from Just Mortgages’ client servicing division will contact clients on completion of the loan, then on an annual basis to offer each client a full, financial review.

They will contact the client again five months prior to the end of their tied in period with a lender, to offer an additional review of their individual circumstances and the best steps for them now.

This will provide the client with regular financial reviews and John Phillips, national operations director at Just Mortgages, said it will provider the brokerage with a valuable insight into what their clients’ do and do not need so they can offer them appropriate and tailored ongoing support.

It will also enable Just Mortgages to keep the client informed of information relevant to them throughout the duration of their mortgage.

During each review the client will have the opportunity to meet with either an existing adviser, a new adviser that is local to them or deal with a qualified mortgage specialist over the phone.

Consequently, Mr Phillips said these mortgage and protection specialists will be able to make recommendations and offer independent advice based on a real understanding of each client’s personal circumstances.

He said: “As a result of the new client focused division, new and existing customers will be offered stronger client service and a more complete end-to-end service.

“Just Mortgages has grown steadily over the past few years and has ambitious plans for its future. In line with this trajectory, the new division currently consists of five employees and is expected to see continued expansion, with an estimated 30 members of staff in the next three to four years.

“The mortgage market is continuing to change and grow at a rapid pace. Therefore, our point of difference will focus on our wealth of experience and expertise, our professionalism and our reliability, as well as our regular communication with clients.

“The new division is a whole new chapter in our growth story, and I am happy to say that business levels are continuing to rise and the initial feedback from our customers has been very promising indeed.”

Just Mortgages operates throughout the UK, selling mortgages and protection and currently has 115 mortgage professionals and protection specialists offer independent mortgage advice.
