Mortgage networks enter specialist tie-up

Mortgage distributor 3mc has been appointed to provide a specialist mortgage desk and packaging support service to members of The Right Mortgage & Protection Network.

The networks’ members will get access to a range of specialist lenders and exclusive mortgage deals, as well as support from 3mc’s mortgage desk and access to its 24/7 virtual mortgage desk, which enables brokers to directly compare products and criteria from a range of lenders.

Doug Hall, director of 3mc, said members “can be assured of a fast and friendly service and access to a range of highly competitive specialist mortgage products”.

The company is one of just a few ‘hybrid’ distributors offering mortgage intermediaries access to specialist lenders either on a direct-to-lender or a packaged basis.

Lender partners include: Aldermore, Axis Bank, Bluestone Mortgages, BM Solutions, Buckinghamshire BS, Cambridge & Counties Bank, Dudley Building Society, Foundation Homeloans, InterBay Commercial, Kensington, Kent Reliance, Paragon Premier, Pepper Homeloans, Precise Mortgages, Saffron for Intermediaries and Shawbrook Bank.

The move follows a similar deal sealed last week between distributor and packager All Types of Mortgages and specialist lender Kensington Mortgages.

Mortgage distributors fall into three differing types of business models: packagers, intermediaries producing volume business and national packagers wishing access to restrictive lender panels.
