Platform service provider AJ Bell has appointed Dave Saunter as business development manager for the company’s newly-created south-west regional business.
Having previously worked on the adviser platform sales team at Axa Wealth, Mr Saunter has a quarter century of financial experience, almost a decade of which has specialised in platforms.
AJ Bell has created the new regional arm in an effort to broaden its support offering to advisers.
Malcolm Gordon, business development director at AJ Bell, said: “Our business has a number of positive developments for the Sippcentre platform underway, and it is important that we can ensure a continued high level of support to advisers during this period of change.
“In addition to Dave’s appointment and the introduction of a new region, we will also be extending the business development support team over the next month.”
