Tisa hires Adrian Boulding as policy strategy director

The Tax Incentivised Savings Association has appointed Adrian Boulding, currently pensions strategy director at Legal and General, as its new policy strategy director.

He will champion Tisa’s thought leadership on savings and investment issues that impact on the industry, consumer and the UK economy; taking up the role in August.

The association has also appointed Adam Hodgkins as head of engagement, who joins from being operations director at regulatory compliance consultant Cordium.

Tisa further strengthened its senior management team by promoting Steve Radford to head of PR and communications, while Sarah Knight will lead on public affairs.

The changes follow a three month review by the new director general David Dalton-Brown, into how Tisa can build on its position as the only genuinely pan-financial services organisation. Mr Dalton-Brown commented that being able to attract Mr Boulding represents a “coup” for Tisa.

“Similarly, Adam’s senior level experience will be a huge benefit and I welcome him and congratulate Steve and Sarah on their new roles.”

He added that his focus has been on enhancing policy development and thought leadership, strengthening membership relationships and building external relations activities.

“These are vital areas that will help us to expand our influence, add more value to our members and, importantly, deliver on our core aim, which is to make it easier for UK consumers to save and invest.”
