Upper Tribunal date set for Stewart Ford

The battle between Keydata Investment Services founder Stewart Ford and the FCA has come a step closer, with a date set for a case management hearing in the Upper Tribunal.

Mr Ford revealed that the one-day hearing would take place on 23 September, writing: “Cannot wait! FCA be afraid, very afraid.”

Mr Ford is challenging the FCA’s decision to fine him £75m and ban him from performing any role in regulated financial services, in part for allegedly failing to act with integrity in relation to the Keydata collapse.
