E.surv appoints corporate governance director

E.surv has announced Paul Collins will join the company at the end of September as its corporate governance director.

Reporting to E. surv’s managing director, Ronan Jennings, Mr Collins will be responsible for the further development, design and implementation of risk management solutions and control measures at the chartered surveyors.

Part of Mr Collins remit at E.surv will be to oversee the effectiveness of the risk and audit and technical and compliance functions. He will also work alongside the business and clients to agree and maintain an ongoing risk assesment.

Mr Jennings said: “With his specialist knowledge, I am certain Paul will be a valuable asset to E.surv. He will play an important role in delivering our ambitious growth plans and we are very pleased to be welcoming him to the business.”

Mr Collins joins E.surv from Lloyds Banking Group where he was responsible for application fraud prevention and detection operations for retail products, and had oversight of property risk.

Mr Collins said : “I am looking forward to the challenge of working with the market leader in the residential valuation sector and supporting its impressive list of blue chip clients.”
