Broker bonus goes after conveyancer reduces fees

Broker Conveyancing has reduced prices across its entire range of products, which will replace the bonus that was previously offered to registered broker users.

The broker-focussed conveyancing distributor has unveiled a £25 plus VAT reduction in all conveyancing fees for sales, purchase and remortgage.

This replaces the bonus offered to registered broker users, although brokers can still maintain their income levels due to the option of increasing their referral fee by £25.

Harpal Singh, managing director of Broker Conveyancing, was keen to highlight the benefits that reduced prices would have for clients and brokers alike.

“The benefits for the client are obvious, but this doesn’t mean that our broker users should lose out, which is why they can set their own referral fee levels in order to maintain the income they have come to expect.

“This move ensures we are the most competitive distributor for brokers and we would urge both existing and new users to access our portal, review our product range, and understand the solicitor firms available in order to make sure they are getting the very best from their conveyancing recommendations.”
