Exchange-traded funds (ETF) provider iShares has launched four products in a bid to provide "nuanced views" on sectors of the US equity market.
The ETFs provide exposure to S&P 500 stocks in the consumer staples, industrials, materials and utilities sectors. Each fund has a total expensive ratio of 0.15 per cent.
Tom Fekete, global head of iShares product at BlackRock, said: “These funds are the result of a number of conversations we had with clients wanting more granular ways to implement their views on the US equity market rally within portfolios."
The asset manager already provides a number of sector-specific vehicles, focusing on companies in the consumer discretionary, energy, financials, healthcare and information technology sectors.
