Mr Cowan observed this was not the only threat to mortgage advisers as he suggested fintech and robo advice was “another threat coming”.
“We’re trying to make that experience better and we want to position risk and protection right at the centre of it, as a natural part of the story, not as a bolt-on at the end when someone gets a mortgage,” he explained.
