One Mortgage System integrates with Kensington Mortgages

One Mortgage System (OMS) has integrated with Kensington Mortgages to offer users greater access to specialist lending, including products for the self-employed and borrowers with complex incomes.

The integration will offer OMS users direct access to Kensington Mortgages’ portfolio to carry out a full decision in principle without needing to rekey any data.

The single-input platform gives brokers access to lender documentation and application forms, automated valuation models, changeable workflows and drag and drop facilities.

Neal Jannels, managing director at OMS, said: "This system integration is another important step in ensuring that OMS can provide our growing user base with a seamless route to an even wider range of market-leading specialist lending options in a fast, secure and efficient manner."

Mr Jannels said OMS aimed to challenge the perceived misconception that technology was an expensive entity only available for large firms with deep pockets.

He said: "We are proud to be working closely with such an established and trusted lender as Kensington. And this is just the beginning, many more partnerships and system enhancements are in the pipeline to further establish ourselves as a leading innovator within the tech space."

Craig McKinlay, sales and marketing director, at Kensington Mortgages, said: "We’re very excited to partner with OMS and believe this latest integration to our system is very much something all our brokers will benefit from.

"By increasing efficiency and streamlining the process, our brokers can now focus their time and energy on pursuing what is fundamentally most important, providing the best advice to clients."
