Primis Mortgage Network is providing its brokers with access to a client retention platform in a bid to help them keep clients ‘for life’.

The network has partnered with software provider Eligible to give its brokers access to the latter’s ‘Retain’ platform.

The platform automatically contacts clients and sends them relevant firm-branded communications during their mortgage term.

According to Eligible, content is tailored to a client’s characteristics, such as a first-time buyer who is yet to remortgage, or a high net worth client with a property portfolio.

Vikki Jefferies, proposition director at Primis Mortgage Network, said: “Tools that save time and drive client retention are an asset to any adviser – particularly those looking to grow their business – and this is exactly what our partnership with Eligible will provide our AR firms with more of.”

Rameez Zafar, chief executive officer of Eligible, added: “Our client retention solution gives advisers time back, allowing them to focus on submitting more business.”

Primis’ partnership follows mortgage platform Burrow’s addition of a retention marketing tool to its product, with the aim of improving client retention rates and increasing brand awareness.

Burrow, which will launch its platform this summer after a pilot, said it aimed to provide brokers with tools such as automated email updates to clients, in order to compete with a rising number of product transfers.
