Specialist broker New Homes Mortgages has announced a partnership with fellow Mortgage Advice Bureau firm IMAC NE in a move it says will support developers in the North of England.

Based in Bramley with 30 advisers, New Homes Mortgages specialises in new build properties.

The partnership with IMAC NE will see the firm extend its services to more developers and will see the expertise of 51 advisers combined.

New Home Mortgages director Helen Pierson said the partnership is a perfect fit with both firms specialising in new builds.

“Working with like-minded people allows us to develop areas of specialism, ensuring expert advice and great service continues for purchasers of new homes,” Pierson said.

Earlier this year, New Home Mortgages won ‘best broker firm for new build’ at the L&G Mortgage Club awards.

Noting this, Pierson said this collaboration with IMAC NE is another reason to celebrate.

IMAC NE director Dave Walton said: “We have been working informally with New Homes Mortgages for a while now, and the synergies and working practices are clear to see, so it makes for a very good fit.

“The extra resources, knowledge, and skills it will bring bodes well for future growth across both businesses, especially in our specialist new build market.”
