Nottingham Building Society has partnered with mortgage network TMG Direct.

The partnership will involve the integration of TMG in the Nottingham Building Society's mortgage distribution panel.

This will grant intermediaries within the network “unparalleled access” to a “comprehensive” suite of lending products designed to cater to diverse borrowing needs.

The strategic partnership forms a “pivotal component” of Nottingham’s broader vision to forge closer ties with brokers and intermediaries, cultivating an ecosystem of collaboration and shared success.

TMG Direct's integration into the mortgage distribution panel will “amplify” Nottingham BS’s ability to provide cutting-edge solutions, robust support, and streamlined processes.

The building society stated the collaboration marks a “milestone” in its ongoing mission to empower intermediaries and enhance customer experiences through progressive mortgage solutions.

The announcement was praised by Nottingham's national sales manager, Matt Kingston, who stated that the building society are working hard to create new and niche lending options for advisers to be able to help more customers.

He added that he looks forward to sharing these ideas with TMG and their firms.

The announcement follows other recent actions by Nottingham BS, such as criteria changes.

These changes include the ability to lock in products at the decision in principle stage, which will create a “smoother, more efficient process for brokers”.

The Nottingham stated that this underscores its “dedication to streamlining processes and championing broker success”.

TMG Direct CEO, Scott Thorpe additionally stated that the collaboration will “undoubtedly” provide intermediaries within the company’s network with “unmatched opportunities to excel and thrive”.
