He said: “The success of the project hinges on making the pension dashboard compulsory, there are far too many old schemes that otherwise have no incentive to join the pension dashboard party.
“Quite rightly the ABI is focused on building trust with the dashboard, so governance and data standards will rightly be at the forefront of the next stage of development.”
According to research published last month, there is a lack of awareness about the pension dashboard, since 92 per cent of individuals have not heard about this initiative.
