Real-time updates for admin requests have been added to adviser platform Wealthtime.

The platform, formerly Novia Financial, is also investing in artificial intelligence behind the scenes, said the firm.

The new notification centre will allow advisers to see the status of any client applications and search and filter by client to see which stage it is at.

On the right hand side of the same screen advisers can see trading and admin requests on the accounts, removing the need to switch between webpages and avoiding loading delays.

Eden Scrivenger, chief technology and operations officer at Wealthtime, said: “We’re focused on delivering an ongoing roadmap of enhancements to the platform to make advisers’ lives easier, freeing them up to focus on their clients.

"As well as front end improvements for advisers and their clients, we are also investing in automation and AI behind the scenes to deliver seamless servicing.”

Trackers for transfers and secure messages are also planned to be added to the notification centre.

In 2023, Wealthtime switched to FINIO’s back-office integration with Intelliflo to deliver accurate data directly into advisers’ back-office system.
