LifeQuote’s outsourced case management system has been selected for use by financial advice network Openwork.
The service, which was launched on 3 October, will allow Openwork advisers to pass their post-client recommendation administration to LifeQuote to manage through to completion.
LifeQuote’s system integrates with iPipeline's SolutionBuilder, Openwork's chosen protection platform, to enable advisers to research and quote on chosen protection products.
They can then choose to pass the case over to LifeQuote’s dedicated team of case managers based in Chichester.
Openwork recently announced adviser numbers across the Group had topped 3,500.
