In January, Work and Pensions Committee chairman Stephen Timms told FTAdviser he would be bringing an amendment to the Department for Culture, Media and Sport's Online Safety Bill, to make sure that it includes financial harms. 

In response to FTAdviser's call for advisers to ask their MPs to back the amendment, Kathryn Knowles, managing director of Cura Financial Services, wrote to her constituency MP to urge him to back the amendment and bring financial harms within the scope of the OSB.
