VouchedFor has introduced new product features and is due to launch a consumer advertising campaign, as part of  three ‘pledges’ made to the advice profession.

The three pledges comprise of delivering greater value to VouchedFor members, improving consumer access to advice and championing the value of advice in consumer media.

VouchedFor provides reviews on a wide range of services, including financial advisers, mortgage advisers, solicitors, and accountants.

The new product features from the firm include alerts that will show individual users of Elevation - VouchedFor’s client survey - the monetary figure of the hidden revenue opportunities in each piece of client feedback.

Firms using Elevation will also be able to track which advisers have reviewed and actioned the risks and opportunities they are alerted to.

Alex Whitson, managing director of VouchedFor, said: “Advisers using Elevation can unlock up to £65,000 revenue from their existing client base, through increased referrals and cross-sell opportunities.

“The new features will help to surface these opportunities quickly, with easily actionable recommendations advisers can take in response.”

Further product improvements will be announced in the coming weeks alongside a consumer advertising campaign.

Back in November, SimplyBiz parent company Fintel purchased VouchedFor for £7.5mn.

At the time, Fintel said the purchase of VouchedFor would increase consumer confidence and access to advice.

As part of the deal, VouchedFor's leadership and team remained in place but will now work alongside the Fintel management team to expand the reach and services of Vouchedfor.
