Fresh from his stint reporting on the general elections for the BBC, Jeremy Vine turned his hand to hosting the 2015 Headlinemoney awards.

Any signs of fatigue following his marathon coverage of the general election were well concealed as he engaged the crowd with anecdotes.

One of these involved David Cameron, who was asked to stand completely still for two minutes so that the BBC could construct a virtual 3D image of him.

He had a chance to speak to Mr Cameron, who could not reply because he was not allowed to move. Discretion prevented Mr Vine from repeating what he said, but he assured the audience that it was not too scandalous.
