Devilish data protection rules that could get advisers sued

He warned that sending something, such as documents, through the post could be a breach if it is delivered to the intended recipient's neighbour. 

He said: "That is actually a breach. It is one of the examples given by the Central European Working Group Party as an example of a breach.
