Invest Southwest’s managing director will be hoping to make more of an impact at this year’s charity dragon boat race in Taunton, Somerset. Last year Dave Penny and his team were pitted against a group of marines and a Virgin Active health club team, with the competition proving too much for what he described as his team of “middle-aged pen-pushers”.
