Skandia has unveiled the full annual management charges for the 22 funds run by third party managers which form the core of its WealthSelect restricted fund range.
The majority of the funds are priced at 60 basis points, but four bond funds are priced lower, including products run by Paul Causer and Paul Read of Invesco Perpetual, Barrie Whitman and David Backhouse of Threadneedle, and Ian Spreadbury of Fidelity.
But Paul Feeney, chief executive of Skandia’s parent company WealthSelect, insisted the range was not about price.
Instead Skandia has positioned the WealthSelect proposition as a restricted offering, open to advisers wishing to use the products offered in the range either within their own portfolios or in risk-rated model portfolios run by Old Mutual Global Investors.
