Zurich has today (24 April) announced the launch of an updated client reporting suite as part of its drive to help advisers and clients make the most of pension freedoms.
The Zurich Portfolio Report has been developed in conjunction with Financial Express and will support adviser monitoring of client investments portfolios by providing in-depth, personal reviews on the performance of their assets.
It is fully integrated with Zurich’s intermediary platform, which the insurer said provides a seamless process for advisers to create reports, which will help reduce administrative burden on their business.
The suite enables advisers and their clients to fully understand their investment position, which the firm said was due to easy-to-interpret charts and will also support advisers in tax planning.
Alistair Wilson, head of retail platform strategy of Zurich, said: “The Zurich Portfolio Report brings to life client investments in clear and intuitive charts. We spent a lot of time working with advisers during its development to ensure their feedback was included in the design so it fully supports the services they offer.
“With the new pension freedoms comes greater choice and the need for access to more information. The reporting suite helps advisers to keep their clients better informed and demonstrate the value they add as a result of their advice.
“Advisers can also use the reports to link back to their investment goals, identify potential risks and talk through future actions for the client’s portfolio.”
