Schroders has built out its multi-asset team hiring two new members.
Chris Hsia, previously of Morgan Stanley, has joined as product manager for the multi-asset investment and portfolio solutio (MAPS) team.
Ms Hsia will report to Henriette Bergh, head of UK and European product and manager solutions. He will be focusing on product led communications.
The group have also hired Mei Huang as a quantitative analyst. Mr Huang, who was previously at the global equities division of HSBC Asset Management, will be responsible for researching and constructing advanced beta equity strategies.
Mr Huang will report to Peter Weidner, head of advanced beta, multi asset quantitative research.
Nico Marais, head of MAPS said, “Strengthening our ability to interact with clients around investment outcomes and building our Advanced Beta capabilities are key initiatives.”
