Schroders has hired Esther Nass-Fetzmann from BlackRock for a new role in its multi-asset investments and portfolio solutions (MAPS) business.
Ms Nass-Fetzmann will focus on strategy for Europe in the MAPS product team, reporting to Henriette Bergh, head of UK and Europe product & manager solutions.
She joins from BlackRock, where she worked for 10 years. Her most recent role was head of UK iShares ETF sales to asset managers and hedge funds.
Nicolaas Marais, head of MAPS, said of Ms Nass-Fetzmann: “Her commercial and product experience is invaluable as we continue to build our European business.”
