Tenet ditches Trigold for Mortgage Brain

Tenet Group has decided to exclusively provide Mortgage Brain’s online sourcing solution to its members.

The network is currently migrating its mortgage advisers from current provider Trigold to the online mortgage sourcing system MortgageBrain Anywhere.

Tenet’s directly authorised members and appointed representatives will now be able to conduct a whole-of-market search and selection process for their clients wherever they are and on any device.

Gemma Harle, managing director of Tenet, said: “MortgageBrain Anywhere is fast and easy to use and the system’s product accuracy and online capabilities will greatly enhance the mortgage advice and sales process for our advisers.”

Last month, Mortgage Brain partnered with Intelliflo to offer a new online mortgage solution for its users.

The agreement saw MortgageBrain Anywhere becoming the only online sourcing system to integrate with Intelliflo’s web-based business management software, Intelligent Office.

Speaking at a conference in September, Mortgage Brain’s chief executive Mark Lofthouse stated brokers are only using 20 to 30 per cent of the technology available to them and challenged the industry to embrace digital advancements to better understand customer behaviour and improve client engagement.

“Technology offers the biggest source of efficiency, and I don’t know exactly what types of technology individual brokers are using, but I can hazard a guess that many brokers are only using 20 to 30 per cent of what’s in front of them,” he commented.
