One of the more feel-good stories of the week centres on an Oxfordshire-based entrepreneur who is attempting to raise £25,000 for his bike safety invention at the tender age of 83.

The business-savvy pensioner is seeking to the raise funds through crowdfunding platform Crowd For Angels, for his invention, which is designed to make cyclists more visible to motorists and HGV drivers during daylight.

There’s hope for us all.
