Investors in property scheme hit by further delays

They added: “For the same reason we have taken the decision to suspend interest repayments for the next three months. Any interest payments due during that period will be added to each client’s capital and paid at the end of their investment period. After three months, interest payments will restart.

“The majority of clients affected appear satisfied with this short-term change. This decision does not affect those clients who are not due interest payments within the next three months.

“We apologise for the inconvenience to our investors but we emphasise that their investments are safe because they are secured against tangible assets in the German property market.”
