Nucleus

Nucleus rivals ‘overpriced’ DFMs with planning-led MPS

Nucleus has also hit headlines lately after advice firm Sanlam, which currently owns around 52 per cent of the platform, looked to sell its stake, inviting potential cash proposals from James Hay, Transact, private equity house Aquiline Capital Partners and fund distribution platform Allfunds.

Transact, Aquiline and Allfunds have all since pulled out of the race for the platform.
