Vida Homeloans launches specialist residential range

Vida Homeloans has launched a specialist residential mortgage range, which includes two year vairable rates from 2.99 per cent.

Other combinations include two year fixed rates from 3.29 per cent, five year fixed rates from 3.79 per cent and a new fee saver range to help intermediaries kick start their business for 2017.

According to Vida Homeloans, the move highlights its ongoing commitment to intermediaries, since it provides buy-to-let solutions for undeserved segments of the mortgage market.

The range of fee saver products across all its residential products includes no product fee and a refund of valuation and assessment fee after completion, capped at £650.

Louisa Sedgwick, director of sales and mortgages at Vida Homeloans said: “We’ve received a fantastic response from the market since launch and are committed to becoming a significant lender in the specialist sector during 2017.

"Our partnerships with brokers and networks are extremely important to us and we are continually listening to their feedback.

"They’ve been telling is that a fee saver option on our residential product range would be a useful addition to our proposition, especially when combined with the breadth of criteria we offer in the specialist mortgage sector."

Dale Jannels, managing director at All Types of Mortgages, said: "Since launch, Vida have established themselves in the specialist arena with some great product offerings and good service.

"This new release of products looks exciting and with a fee saver range, I can only see interest in the lender increasing.  "
