The processing platform for brokers, One Mortgage System, has partnered with The Brightstar Group to make it the platform's primary tech provider.

The partnership will offer the Brightstar Group access to OMS’s customer relationship management platform and workflow solution.

OMS managing director, Neal Jannels, said: “We believe this is a partnership which will help elevate these service standards even higher and deliver outstanding customer outcomes.”

The OMS platform covers product areas including residential, buy-to-let, equity release, commercial plus general insurance, and protection.

Jannels praised the Brightstar Group, stating it has been a “hugely recongnisable and established business” within the specialist mortgage market.

“Time and time again it has proved itself to be a real pioneering force within the mortgage sector, both in terms of the sheer volume of business it writes and in the quality of service on offer to its intermediary partners”, he added.

The Brightstar Group assists brokers with placing cases that have been declined by mainstream lenders, enabling them to expand their client offering and income potential.

Opportunities

The Brightstar Group COO, William Lloyd-Hayward, said: “The intermediary mortgage market is built on successful partnerships, and we’re delighted to partner with OMS to launch our new technology offering for brokers and clients.”

He added that, with customer circumstances and requirements becoming more complex, brokers have a “huge opportunity” to help more clients and grow their business if they are able to offer specialist lending solutions.

“By working with a specialist partner like Brightstar or Sirius, brokers can access the expertise and relationships they require to leverage their business,” he said.

He added that, with this new launch, the whole process is “even easier” thanks to the technology provided by OMS.
