Cofunds tops FCA investment complaints

"The fact that Cofunds tops the list this time around is not too surprising, Aegon have had huge issues in integrating the business into their proposition. However, they have also worked hard and invested heavily in rectifying many of the issues. 

"Complaints are always going to be a fact of life in financial services so what is most important is how the company deals with the complaint as that can change a customer’s experience with a company.

"Increases in resolving a complaint within 3 days to 37 per cent is a good step in the right direction and shows that companies are placing increasing importance on fixing issues as and when they arise."
